OTN Building Cost Consultants Pte Ltd was established in the year 1985 in Singapore. OTN is a consultancy firm providing professional Quantity Surveying Services (Cost Management), Project Management and Feasibility Studies services for construction project and building development. OTN has successfully cost managed more than 500 projects with projects value ranged from S$2 million to S$180 million locally and Asia countries.
We believed all success of all building projects based on three essential factors: stringent control of Time, Cost and Quality. As building cost consultants, our primary role is to ensure that clients obtain value for the money they invest in a project.
Our team of Professional and talented staff has a detailed and comprehensive knowledge of construction industry, construction contracts and accounting to ensure efficient and quality consultancy services to our clients.
